Reservation conditions

To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card number, with the expiration date and the security code.

Your room is held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.

The payment is to be made directly with the hotel, upon check out, unless otherwise stated. In case of arrival after 10 p.m, we kindly ask you to call or send us an email, before noon, to keep us informed.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm, and check-out shall be done before 11:00 am on departure day.

Reception desk is open until 10:30 pm. Should you arrive later, please contact the hotel, preferably by telephone, at the latest in the morning of your arrival day.

Please kindly note our reception desk is closed on Sundays. Check in on Sundays is possible between 5 and 9 pm,(between 6 and 9 pm on low season), by calling the Hotel upon arrival (02 43 45 89 36)

In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated and your room is unavailable, the hotel will attempt to accommodate you at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

Groups: specific sales conditions apply for any reservation of 3 rooms and more.

Cancellation conditions

If you cancel before 4:00 pm hotel time, 2 days prior to arrival, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after, or in case of no-show, the forfeiture amount will be equal to the amount cancelled, and will be automatically charged on the credit card given as a guarantee. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.

During Fair periods* : different and special cancellation conditions apply and are consultable upon request.
(examples of Fair Periods: GPM, 24 Heures du Mans, Fête de Trime, Le Mans Classic, etc)

Should the Client confirm upon arrival having breakfast, it will be charged.

General terms

Please kindly note the whole hotel is a non smoking area, bedrooms included, even if window is opened. Not respecting this rule will lead to a fee of 500 € (loss of revenue for the hotel since it will not be possible to rent the room during at least 4 days following the departure of the smoker client / laundry/carpet shampooing/walls leaching).

The Client shall be liable for any damage caused by its intermediary and undertakes, in the event on deterioration of the premises places at its disposal, to bear the costs of restoring the said premises in good condition.

Groups: for any reservation of 3 rooms and above, specific sales conditions may apply (rates, cancellation policy, payment policy)

Please kindly note buffet breakfast may not be served i the hotel occupancy is 3 rooms or under. A continental breakfast will then be proposed.

The Hotel does not accept payments by check. We thank you for your kind understanding
